so many things to do n i'm still so lost...
they gif stupid qns n difficults sums that i cannot understand and solve can.. horrible... sighs sighs... donnoe whats wrong with me today...
whining all the way.. mind blank out... feel like release smth... feel like fighting n punching pple.. haha... mind me if u get HURT... bo bian i cannot control myself.... really really donnoe whats wrong with me...i can suddenly cry.. m i really under stress i feel... m i???
last fri, nad transfer to taka mens... see her i suddenly feel so relief like finally a friend who knows me well join me alr... haha but feel sad for her like cos is like donnoe why she gets transfered to counter... for us that is transfered is due to sales... but for her case is like clueless.. cannot help it ba... maybe the management is getting the strong ones out of their eyes one by one... or m i wrong to say that.. sighs sighs... really sad...
whats more thought that lina transfer to elsewhere but she actually quit for the better... i've never seen her since that supper... sad sad sad.... her low profile makes us feel weird.. n sudden lost one gd staff one to guide us...
few days ago... the phillippinos n incharge went to office n was scolded by GM dannie badly.. sighs... what to do... say the phillipnoes are highly domestic maids...if thats the case den why hire them?Sharil known as "the boy" pointed out by dannie might be fired soon if no improvements is being made. i must admit that they can do much agressive sales but den communication is a problem... can attract customers but den the closing sales will be continued by us... argh but at least tried... still din quite like them... they noe how to backstab so be careful huh...
m really tired of what is actually happening now... hearing stories of what will actually happen to us:
1) all locals will be at boutique while foreign wrkers at counter
2)foreign wrkers all at boutique... locals stay counter due to us not committed to wrk like to play MC...
haha what not committed... i don believe if u give the phillipinos lesser hrs they will not play MC... i don believe that they are committed as they're forced to wrk 60 hrs per wk... thats not they want they have actually no CHOICE... forced...sighs... pity them too... n i wonder why we're being manipulate by the management jus like that... cannot get a breather.. all so tensed n suffocate... all quit.....
i choose to stay.. due to $$.. if not i won't be here...
but nowadays it maybe different... i may choose to back off... choose to leave... as i find that is now meaningless...
