What has the world actually become?
People are indeed of different behavior, different character... seeing different kinds of pple in everyday life allows me to learn something new and different what life is actually all about.
Is ourselves more important than others as a whole?
M actually wondering and figuring out... SERIOUSLY!
Sometimes one thing does not involves only oneself but a whole A TEAM... thats what i think. But i jus wonder why some pple can just DO IT infront of u DARINGLY...

I have actually seen some teamwork somewhere but now is all about individual. is that true?
I must admit that i was once a free loader.. but now i've tried to get this title out of me.
What about you people? is individual self important or the Teamwork.
Actually recently the JOb currently jus suck! it has all start to accumulate... worse n worse.
Chasing out the old ones getting new ones! u think what this JOB like NEW YEAR CHANGE NEW CLOTHES AR? pls lo... feel the importance of the older ones pls?? they are the indeed most experience ones. May i jus ask WHY ONE BY ONE LEAVING.... n they are not primarily jus the short term a yr plus or so. BUT OF A FEW YEARS OF EXPERIENCE!!!
DEN WHY KEEP ASKING WHY SALES DROP?
because u have chase the experience ones who knows the customers taste n product knowledge. new ones does not noe how competitive the market now can be. All inexperience. therefore hard to push sales.IS THAT WHAT U WAN? I BET SO... ONE BY ONE IS LEAVING...
Actually this job is not as bad as it seems actually... many a times there's lots of teamwork n many work till long is due to true working partners found. n thats true we are just like a family. is not easy to find in the working Society nowadays. which is TRUE...
However things has come to worse as older ones WERE BEING FORCE TO LEAVE implementing stupid rules and policies thats of no use at all...what INDIVIDUAL TARGET? do we get INDIVIDUAL COmmISSION DEN? new comers are being brainwashed and think that individual sales is impt. but the fact that commission is like shared so whay not work as i team rather than ITS MY SALES HOR... U TOOK MY SALES or i MUST HIT MA... like pls do think of others...
