May i actually noe what has exactly happen?
Been MC for jus 2 days off frm wrk and so mani things has been happening...
Coming against all of u pple's way and so is mine too...
Reading linda's blog shocked by life out.. PY take it easy... no pt stress we are jus PT...
Was rather shock receiving ALvin sms in the morning at 8 when i woke up...
He said he want to tender and will leave end of this mth...
It Goes like this
"Cheryl, i gg to resign ehs. work till end of this mth. Linda and ws ask me to stay but Dunnoe wan or not"
hmmm... seriously getting such a msg frm u when i away frm work sounds really shocking and sad. but was happy that you look for advices b4 u quit. m very happy abt that and thats what u shld act do whenever u faced problems... ask and share it with us... we are willing to help. u may seem to be quiet all the time keeping all thoughts to yaself but i hope truely to share it wit all of us... as u noe now not many pple can gif u advice le... one by one have act gone. my advice to u is this... probably u ask urself y u wan to quit? or why u act look for a job?
If the reason is that u quit due to stress den Y Stress... we are jus partimers not full timers... not much commitment we have to make...but if u are really unhappy abt the job den i think u quit lo.. don leave regrets la.
If your reason to look for a job is to get $$$ to spend on personal use... den y not stay... u are earning a consistant amt of money.. spending all u wan and don have to ask ya mom for $$$ isn't that wonderful? thats one way of being independent...Or IF U WAN TO JUS SPEND time den i shld say don waste ya time n quit... seriously... the job alr SUCK how much more can u waste ya time...
but indeed though i donnoe u frm a start when i was in GREAT WORLD, i heard abt u... when i c u.. the first impression came to my mind was that prob u are not up for this job... Seriously... i must say... u seem to be lazy... m so sry to say that but yupps thats what i feel. However as the days goes by, when i'm actually back frm GREAT WORLD and wrking with u for quite some time... ur actions has changed my impression of u... u really take pride in the things that u do.. and most importantly u're not ashamed of being criticized and accept and improve... thats something that i hardly see a part timer will actually do esp for guys that i work wit mani so far.
Really... and thanks for all the Climbing that i asked u to do!!! lols....
seriously go think through wat exactly make s u wan to quit... or u wan to wait for ya results first before doing the first move..think abt it den probably gif me the ans when i c u...or gif us an ans... don be SWAYED BY OTHERS..TRUST URSELF AND MAKE A DECISION THAT U WILL NOT REGRET...
