m totally pinned down like nobody's business alr...
m sick... the sin seh say i gastric flu... no wonder i wake up like no fever nth.. jus feel like throwing up everything...
msg frm sin seh:
- eat liquid food...
- don't take in cold drinks esp cold milk( i think is bubble milk tea ps doc)
- if wan't to drink milo or coffee pls make it diluted... not so thick
- don't take in cold food... heat it up
- don take in fruits as yet!
- BEST DRINK SOUP ALL DAY!!!
- cannot eat don eat!!
hmm.. these are all the advice.. i followed having 3 meals ytd jus soup... 1st time nv say feel hungry wan supper.. nv say not enough.. my portion of food is 3 times lesser than before..
n guess what i lost 3 kg... like wow!!
but after that i think i'll gain back again...
i hope not... as me wan to be in gd shape.. GEEKS..lols
hmmm leader is down ytd n today n i think that all my diciples are all freaking out cos heard that ytd kana scolded by JEANIE!! pls lo pple... infront of such pple must act act abit... currently i've hear no wind... if have i'll tell u guys... so guai guai can.. hahha. but if u guys wan to really quit i'll nv stop u cos i can understand... as for me i'll stand till the end...thats what DARREN think too aahhaa...
